Application Process

    • Tour & Inquiry

      • Schedule a personal or virtual campus tour to experience life at Vantage Prep.

      • Contact our Admissions Office by email or phone to set up your visit.

    • Apply Online

      • Complete our online Student Application Form and pay the non-refundable $150 application fee.

      • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, but early submission is encouraged due to limited space.

    • Interview & Review

      • Once your application is received, our Admissions Team will schedule an interview with the student (in person or virtual).

      • Academic records and teacher recommendations will be reviewed to determine fit and placement.

    • Decision & Enrollment

      • Accepted students will receive an official Letter of Admission and enrollment instructions.

      • Families then complete online enrollment, submit required documentation, and secure their space with a tuition deposit.

  • Vantage Preparatory Academy proudly welcomes international students from around the world. Our International Program provides English language support, academic guidance, and a vibrant community where students can adapt and thrive.

    We are certified by the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) and authorized to issue the Form I-20 for F-1 visa applications.

    Application Steps for International Students

    1. Tour or Virtual Meeting

      • International families may schedule a virtual tour or video meeting with our Admissions Team.

    2. Apply

      • Submit your International Student Application Form along with a $250 international application fee.

    3. Testing & Interview

      • Students complete placement and English proficiency testing.

      • A virtual interview with the Head of School or Admissions Director follows.

    4. Transcript Evaluation

      • Applicants must submit translated academic transcripts through SpanTran or a similar accredited service (choose Course Analysis Evaluation).

    5. SEVIS & Visa Processing

      • Once accepted and tuition payment is confirmed, Vantage Prep will issue your Form I-20.

      • Students must pay the SEVIS I-901 Fee and schedule their U.S. visa interview.

    6. Enrollment & Arrival

      • Complete online enrollment forms, health records, and housing preferences.

      • Arrival support, orientation, and airport transfers are available upon request.
